The House of Que in the American Dream Mall (East Rutherford, NJ) offers a laidback atmosphere and classic Austin-styl barbecue cooking, from brisket to wings. The restaurant required state-of-the-art sound systems for background music and bold sound for special events like Dueling Pianos. The Dara AV team had to make sure to distribute sound evenly through the bar, the main dining area, and the balcony patio -- without it disrupting other people in the mall. Multiple screens, including direct view LEDs above the bar, display sports or digital signage. Crestron control automatically adjusts audio levels.
